Bra Sizing Guide: Find Your Perfect Fit

Comfort starts with the right size. Most women wear the wrong bra without realizing it—leading to slipping straps, digging bands, and uneven support. Use this quick guide to measure at home and match your size to Branessa styles for a smooth, confident fit.

How to Measure at Home

  1. Band (Underbust) — Wrap a soft tape snugly around your ribcage, right under the bust. Breathe out normally and round to the nearest whole number.
  2. Bust (Overbust) — Measure around the fullest part of your bust, level across your back. Keep the tape comfortable, not tight.
  3. Find Your Cup — Subtract underbust from bust. Use the difference and the chart below to choose your size.

Tip: Measure while wearing a non-padded bra. Keep the tape parallel to the floor. If you’re between sizes, consider how you like to feel: snug for extra lift, easy for everyday comfort.

Fit Check: Signs to Size Up or Down

  • Band rides up in back → band too large; try down a band (and up a cup to keep volume).
  • Cup spillage or gaping → spillage = go up a cup; gaping = go down a cup.
  • Straps dig → tighten gently or try a smaller band for more support.
  • Center doesn’t sit flat → try a larger cup or more supportive style.

Choose the Right Style

Everyday seamless: T-Shirt Bras smooth under tees and fitted tops.

Lift without wires: Support Bras give comfort with natural shape.

Backless & strapless: Sticky Bras and Sticky Petals stay invisible under special outfits.

Sizing FAQ

What if I’m between band sizes?

Choose based on feel: go down a band for a snug, lifted fit; go up for more ease. Remember sister sizes—down a band, up a cup (e.g., 36C → 34D).

How should a seamless T-Shirt Bra fit?

The band should feel secure on the loosest hook, cups should lie smooth with no gaping or spill, and the center should rest flat.

Do sticky bras and nipple covers have sizes?

Sticky bras use lettered sizes (A–DD). Nipple covers are often one-size or two-size; check each product’s fit notes for coverage diameter.
